Microsoft marketing had a talent for mixing things together...
Promoting IE10 on one side,
and a new virtualization tools for testing on various web browsers,
(likely a side-effect of developing IE...)
An the virtualization can be "cloud" or "local"...
To get it, need to login to Facebook (why?).
Anyway, could be useful tools... just confusing...
