Gartner lays out its top 10 tech trends for 2015 | InfoWorld:
- Computing Everywhere
- The Internet of Things (IoT)
- 3D printing.
- Analytics
- Context Rich Systems (location)
- Smart Machines
- Cloud and Client Computing
- Software Defined Applications and Infrastructure
- Web-Scale IT
- Security
Hype machine is out of steam here...
Security should be #1.
Pervasive Computing is re-purposed, but needs a new name.
And it is really not about "computing"...
