Deliberate Practice for Computer Science

Book "Peak" presents a scientific understanding of effective learning.
Usually this is observed in fields that include compensation and measurement,
like sports, music, chess...  There is no reason for those techniques not to be usable for learning in other fields, including computer related technologies.
Schools, MOOCs and learning sites could make good use of this.
