Windows Tool: Problem Steps Recorder (PSR)

How do I use Problem Steps Recorder?:
From start menu or command line type: PSR
This starts recording screens and save them as .mht file (Microsoft Help format) in a zip file.
Simple and could often be useful.

This tool is available on any Windows 7 and 8.x, as well as on 2008 / R2 and 2012 / R2
